About us
We make it easy to reach qualified solar installers
A factory manager, a farm owner or a villa owner thinking about solar faces the same problem: many companies, offers with different sizes and equipment that are hard to compare, and savings promises you can’t judge. We built SaudiSolar so you describe your project once, your request reaches qualified installers who survey your site and send their offers, and you compare calmly.

What exactly we do
SaudiSolar is an independent online service for comparing solar offers in Saudi Arabia. You send your request through the form; with your consent we pass it to solar installers serving your city and type of project, and they contact you directly to survey the site and send their offers.
We start with commercial and industrial sites because they are usually the strongest solar cases, then farms, istirahas and remote sites running on diesel, then homes and villas with realistic expectations. We also offer a calculator for a rough system size and a cost guide explaining what drives the price.
What we don’t do
Clarity matters here, because these are large projects with rules and requirements:
- We are not an installer: we don’t sell panels, inverters or batteries, and we don’t install or maintain any system.
- We are not an electricity company: we don’t connect any system to the grid or deal with the Saudi Electricity Company or the regulator on your behalf.
- We don’t finance: we offer no loans or instalments; any financing is between you and the finance provider.
- We don’t promise savings: we give no savings figures or payback periods. The installer calculates those after studying your bills and surveying your site.
- We don’t give technical or legal advice: the site content is general information, and the official authorities are the reference for requirements.
Which companies receive the requests?
We send requests to solar installers who provide their qualification, licence and commercial registration details, including the qualification required to install grid-connected small-scale systems where it applies. Still, we always recommend checking for yourself before you sign — see how to compare solar quotes.
The agreement, price and warranty are between you and the installer you choose, and we charge you nothing. Partner companies pay for the requests.
Safety and honesty
A solar system carries high voltage, and the panels generate electricity whenever the sun is on them. That is why we publish no DIY installation instructions and stress that electrical work, grid connection and batteries are for qualified, licensed professionals only. We share your details only with your consent, as set out in the privacy policy.
